Natural Ways to Get Rid of Pimples

Squeezing and popping pimples is not the correct way to get rid of them. When you squeeze them, the oil inside the pimple gets onto your skin which can cause the rest of your skin to break out worse then it already has. There are different ways to get rid of pimples and it doesn't mean that you have to purchase everything that the store has to offer. There are several natural ways that you can try first when it comes to getting rid of pimples.
Ice Pack
Pimples start off pretty small and they end up getting bigger only because people end up messing with them. They poke and prod trying to get these things to go away. Using an ice pack will help you reduce the look of the pimple. Apply the ice pack to the pimple for 5 minutes every ½ hour or so. This will reduce the amount of inflammation that comes with the pimple.
Water
Believe it or not, drinking more water can help you. A lot of people get pimples because they don't have enough water in their body. Drinking lots of water will help you get rid of the toxins inside your body which is all pimples are. So if you not getting the toxins out of your body the correct way, then they have to find another way out which is where a pimple will form. These pimples are filled with toxins that can easily spread when in contact with other parts of your skin. This is why you shouldn't pop your pimples.
Wash With Mild Soap
You should be washing your face at least twice a day with mild soap. If you wear makeup, then you should make sure to wash your face with the mild soap as soon as you take the makeup off your face. If your skin is naturally oily then you need to make sure the soap has benzyl peroxide to help reduce the amount of oil.
Vitamin D
Take a vitamin D supplement or go outside for some good old fashion sunshine. If you head outside make sure you wear sunscreen since you don't want to burn your skin because this will only make them pimples even worse. Vitamin D is what keeps your kin healthy and less oily which is why you need lots of Vitamin D. Sunshine helps stimulate the Vitamin D already in your body so being outdoors should help you out a lot.
