Acupressure Acne Cure and Prevention

Acne is caused by oil and dirt clogging the skin's pores. Acne can be cured and prevented by cleanliness and a healthier lifestyle. To avoid acne you should keep your skin clean.
You should also change your pillowcase frequently. Replace greasy and over processed foods you eat with fresh healthy foods. Don't squeeze blemishes because that may leave scars. Exercise can also help by relieving stress, releasing endorphins, increasing circulation and oxygenating your skin.
Acupressure can also help your body to regulate glands, hormones and the immune system so your skin is clear and healthy. One way to do this is to press and massage the LI 4 pressure points on your hands for at least 60 seconds each and then massage and press facial acupressure points.
Another way to do this is to massage and press the liver, adrenal, kidney, intestine, thyroid and diaphragm reflex points on your hands. You can find these on a reflexology hand chart. Another way to do this is by giving your hands a thorough massage.
Another acupressure technique for healthier skin is massaging your face, head, neck and shoulders. LI 4 is in the webbing between the thumb and forefinger. When you hold the thumb and index finger together LI 4 is the highest spot of the flesh protruding between them. Caution: Pregnant women should not press this point.
With clean hands massage and press these facial acupressure points as a part of your beauty routine. Some of the facial acupressure points are B 2 which is on the brow above the inside corner of the eye, LI 20 which is next to the nostrils and ST6 which is on the back of the jaw one finger width above and in front of the lower back angle of the jaw.
